Reservations and accounts: When you book a ride online or by phone, or create an account, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off details, and payment card information. Online reservations are processed through our reservation platform provider, Limo Anywhere. Payment information is handled by secure, encrypted payment processing.

Passenger and guest information: If you book a ride for someone else, we collect that passenger's name and contact details. We use them only to provide that ride.

Information collected automatically: When you visit the Site, we and our website provider may automatically collect technical information. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and cookie data.

Cookies: Essential cookies are required for the Site and booking tools to work. We use analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time through the cookie banner on our Site.

Location information: We use the pickup and drop-off addresses you provide to plan and complete your trip. Vehicle location may be tracked during your ride for dispatch and safety.

• Service providers: companies that help us run our business, such as our reservation platform, payment processor, website host, and analytics tools

• Chauffeurs and partner operators: the people who complete your ride receive the details needed to do so

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide the Services. Accounting and billing records are kept for the period French law requires, which is generally 10 years. Marketing data is deleted 3 years after your last contact with us.

We collect the information you provide when booking (name, email, phone number, pickup details) solely to provide and manage your transportation service.

SMS: If you provide your mobile number and consent, we send service-related text messages about your reservation (confirmations, chauffeur details, pickup and trip updates). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting info@blackcargroupe.com.
